We need to more concerned with what God is saying than what men are saying. How focused are you on what He is saying? Are you motivated by people’s opinion of you is or what God is saying about you?
Joshua 1:9 tells us that the book of the law (what God is saying or his instructions) shall not depart from us but we shall meditate on it day and night to make our way prosperous and have good success.
It is also important to have a daily prayer life with God to have a balanced life. Jesus is a perfect example; he had a daily prayer life, had time for people and fulfilled his purpose on earth. When we focus on God, he will direct our steps to the right places and we will live a balanced life.
