It is hard for most of us to convince others to believe in us if we don’t believe in ourselves. Self-esteem is basically how we feel about ourselves; it is your own opinion of yourself and your worth. Good self-esteem is a healthy thing and it influences everything in a woman’s life.  The overall aim of this workshop to help women develop and maintain a healthy self-esteem in Christ.  This dynamic 2.5 hour workshop explores the interesting topic of self-esteem in a supportive and productive environment.

With real-life case studies, biblical examples and personal insights, blossom workshop offers help to all women, whether we struggle with issues of low self-esteem or we want to help others.  Our workshops offer a time to receive education on spiritual truth on self-esteem; they also provide a time of personal growth and ministry time.

Topics covered will include:

  • Concepts related to self-esteem
  • How self-esteem develops
  • Improving self-esteem
  • Being Assertive

There will be a maximum of 15 participants – a small enough group for everyone to get some individual support.
